James L. Webster Mr. Webster, a former partner of Chicago-based Siegel, Moses, Schoenstadt & Webster, P.C., has concentrated his practice in the beverage alcohol & hospitality industry since 1982. Mr. Webster represents industry clients in trade practice issues, franchise litigation, administrative law, licensing and appellate advocacy. Mr. Webster has given testimony before a U.S. Senate committee, authored industry-related articles, and is a frequent speaker at industry seminars.
Harlan C. Powell Mr. Powell has practice exclusively in the beverage alcohol & hospitality industry, representing licensees and license applicants before local liquor control commissions, state liquor control commissions and license appeal commissions. Mr. Powell also represents members of the industry in commercial litigation, including franchise litigation, administrative law litigation and appellate advocacy.
